By accessing or using NotionDown you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NotionDown is a free Instagram Video Downloader and Instagram Downloader. NotionDown fetches publicly available Instagram content (videos, photos, reels, stories, IGTV, carousels) through a server-side request and displays the result in your browser. NotionDown does not authenticate as you on Instagram, does not store user accounts, and does not host the Instagram media it displays.

You agree to use NotionDown only for lawful purposes. You will not use NotionDown to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person; to attempt to circumvent Instagram's privacy controls (private accounts are explicitly off-limits); to scrape the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure; or to violate any law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where you access the service.

NotionDown works only on publicly available Instagram content. Private accounts are protected at the Instagram platform level and NotionDown does not, and will not, bypass that protection under any circumstance.

All Instagram media downloaded through NotionDown belongs to its original creators. NotionDown does not own, license, or grant any rights in that media. If you download a video or photo through NotionDown, your use of that content is subject to the original creator's rights and applicable copyright law.

NotionDown, the NotionDown name, and the NotionDown visual identity are owned by NotionDown. You may not copy, modify, or republish them without permission.

NotionDown is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the service fast and reliable, but Instagram's public endpoints change frequently and may break NotionDown temporarily. We make no warranty that NotionDown will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NotionDown and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NotionDown from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, including any infringement of third-party rights.

NotionDown is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of NotionDown after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
